Downloadable executables and bugfixes

You asked for it : windows and osx downloads are now available. (thanks to the Twine App Builder by @lazerwalker)

Following the beta launch and the very positive feedback, we have :

• updated the tutorial
• fixed many small bugs
• tweaked some rough edges

Now I'm going to rest a little (you know I won' t, really)
